General Policy

Jade Rose Technology handles refund requests in a fair and practical way. Because our products may include digital access, private beta invitations, software delivery, or custom work, refund eligibility can vary by product and service type.

Digital Products and Beta Access

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, purchases for digital products, downloadable software, and private beta access are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or delivery has started.

Exceptional Refund Requests

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Failure to deliver the purchased access or service
  • Material technical problems that we cannot reasonably resolve

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, contact us with your name, purchase email, date of purchase, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review requests as promptly as reasonably possible.

Custom Services

If JRT offers consulting, implementation, setup, or custom software work, payments for completed work or time already spent are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
