Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Refund Window
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any Jade Rose Technology product, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our support team and we will process your refund promptly.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to tonyf@jaderosetech.com with your order details and reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process them within 5 business days.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Product Access After Refund
Upon refund, your license to use the product is terminated. If the product requires an account, your access will be revoked. Any data stored in our cloud services will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.
5. Exceptions
Refunds beyond the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are generally reasonable — if there is a genuine issue with the product, we want to hear about it. That said, our 30-day policy is firm for no-hassle, automatic refunds.
6. Free Product Support
Every JRT product includes 30 days of free product support via email or online chat after purchase. This covers setup assistance, configuration help, and basic troubleshooting. Extended support options may be available for select products.
