Jade Rose Technology products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements, operate uninterrupted or error-free, or produce any particular results. Product effectiveness depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your use case, data, and operating environment.
3. Third-Party Components
Our products may include or rely on third-party software, services, or libraries. We make no warranty regarding such third-party components and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or performance.
4. Data and Backup
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Jade Rose Technology is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or inability to access data stored in our products.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jade Rose Technology be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
6. Your Remedies
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with a JRT product is to request a refund within the 30-day refund window, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
7. Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
