1. Acceptance of Terms

Jade Rose Technology provides digital products and applications through our App Store. Products are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jade Rose Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the product will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
